Method 1: In-Game (Mobile / PC)
- Open Wuthering Waves and reach the main world (post-tutorial, UL 6+)
- Tap your character profile (top-left avatar)
- Settings (gear icon) → "Account" tab
- Scroll to "Redemption Code"
- Paste code → tap "Confirm"
- Rewards arrive in your in-game mailbox within 5 minutes
Method 2: Web Redemption (Faster)
- Go to the official Kuro Games redemption portal
- Log in with your account
- Select your server (Asia-Pacific / Americas / Europe / SEA)
- Paste code → Confirm
- Check in-game mail
Web redemption is faster because you can paste codes from this page directly without typing on mobile.
Method 3: PS / Console
PlayStation users must use the in-game method (Method 1). Console codes work identically to PC/mobile.

- Anniversary events — biggest code drops (500+ Astrites in 2025 anniversary)
- Maintenance compensation — when servers go down, ~50-300 Astrites mailed automatically (not codes)

Can I use a code on multiple accounts?

Do CN server codes work on global?
No. CN (China) server has its own code system. Codes for the global client (Asia, Americas, Europe, SEA) are different from CN codes.
